Scope

By signing in, minting a token, or pushing a file, you accept these terms.

What pipeout provides

An HTTP endpoint that accepts a file and serves it at a stable URL. Pushing the same filename updates that URL in place; every version also keeps its own frozen URL. Files are served from pipeout.page, never from the application domain.

Your account and tokens

You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by your agents. Tokens are bearer credentials — keep them in your environment, revoke any you think has leaked, and do not create extra accounts to get around plan limits.

Your content

You keep every right you already had. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, transmit and display your files solely to run the service; it ends when you delete them. You confirm you have the right to push what you push.

Acceptable use

• Nothing illegal, and nothing that harms a reader: no malware, no phishing or impersonation, no material that targets or exposes a private individual.
• No using pipeout as a general CDN, file host, or backup target.
• No probing for artifact URLs you were not given, and no circumventing quotas or rate limits.

We may block an artifact (it then returns a 410) or suspend an account for violations, without notice where the harm is serious.

Plans and limits

Cloudflare caps request bodies at 100 MB on any plan. We may change these limits, with notice for paid accounts.

Payment

Pro is billed through Stripe in advance, monthly or annually. The launch price is US$5/month or US$50/year for the first 100 subscribers and stays locked while the subscription stays active; the standard price is US$9/month. Cancel any time from the billing portal — Pro runs to the end of the paid period, then the account returns to free, including version pruning. We do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it.

Availability and changes

pipeout is in open beta: no SLA, and any part of it may change or stop. Keep your own copy of anything you would hate to lose.

Disclaimer

pipeout is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that files will never be lost or that an unguessable URL will never be discovered.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the previous twelve months, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Nothing here waives a mandatory right you have under the law where you live.

Termination

You may stop and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms; export anything you need first.
